Matthew Blake is a seasoned transformation and delivery leader with over 20 years of international experience across technology, transport, offshore, maritime, and defense sectors.
As Head of Delivery & Transformation at Progressive TSL, he leads strategic change initiatives, optimises business processes, and manages high-performing teams that deliver measurable value and operational excellence.
His career includes senior roles at a range of multinational organisations where he has led initiatives both as part of internal transformation team and as a strategic partner to clients, delivering complex programmes, scaled operations, and drove digital innovation. A former Naval Officer, he brings a mission-focused mindset, strategic clarity, and a passion for continuous improvement to every engagement.
Outside of work, he is a dedicated family man and enjoys travel, the outdoors, reading, cooking, ball sports, and endurance focused activities like triathlon, running, and cycling, along with being a passionate Springbok rugby supporter.
