Alix delivers reliable, accurate answers without guesswork, perfect for reducing training time and improving user adoption across your team. Available for cloud deployments only, with expanded capabilities planned for May 2026.
- GIS-Powered Field Operations – Field teams get smarter with GIS-based work order dispatching. Visualise assets on interactive maps and assign jobs based on real-time location data, helping technicians optimise routes and respond faster to urgent work. Combined with improved mobile offline functionality, your field force stays productive even without connectivity. The new Configuration Manager streamlines complex deployments across field operations.
- Enhanced Digital Work Processes – Digital workflows now support modified digital signatures, essential for compliance and audit trails. - Visual Asset Management with CAD/BIM – Enhanced CAD/BIM capabilities bring visual asset intelligence to the next level. The HxGN APM integration now supports OData (open protocol that standardizes how to interact with data over the web using RESTful services) for reporting, enabling flexible data access to advanced analytics and business intelligence platforms.
- Developer-Friendly APIs – Integration teams benefit from enhanced REST APIs with comprehensive Swagger documentation (API description format), making custom solutions faster to build. Improved asynchronous web services remove unexpected suspensions, users now receive helpful guidance messages instead, keeping integrations running smoothly.
- Broad Platform Improvements – Beyond the major features, 99% of system screens have been refined based on Voice of Customer feedback. General administrator updates, improved document management, and miscellaneous enhancements combine to create a platform that simply works better.
