Progressive TSL were pleased to present the award of Mid Cap of the Year to Kosmos Energy at the World Oil & Gas Awards 2015.
In our second year of sponsoring the award, we also have a seat on the prestigious Judging Committee. Kosmos triumphed in this category, due to their top 2015 Mauritania discovery and steady pace production to two hundred thousand barrels per day in Ghana.
In addition to a host of other awards, this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award Winner was Tan Sri Hassan Marican, Former President & CEO of Petronas and Chairman of Pavilion Energy.
The awards were part of the World Oil & Gas Awards Dinner, a glitzy affair in the truly impressive Supernova venue, with more than 400 attendees. We were treated to some fantastic comedy from Jimmy Carr, along with a sumptuous meal, drinks and dancing.
